You can either choose to pay by your PayPal Account or Credit Card (Without Registration). Some people are not a big fans of PayPal so they do not wish to register an account with PayPal. If so, you can just simply make the payment by Credit Card.
If the Credit Card option is not available to you, that means you can only register a PayPal account and top up the money by other methods (eg. Debit Card or Cheque).
Since we only deliver your order to the delivery address you give to PayPal when you make payment (listed on the payment transaction page). So if you need us to send to other address (eg. to a different country) then you may try to make payment by Credit Card instead of using PayPal account because PayPal may restrict you to enter a delivery address different from your country.
